Awesome and calm place, very near to the Beach (3min walkable) its on the cliff with great view. My kids enjoyed a lot and had a great time. Easy access to all the restaurant, Ayurveda center and its closer to Railway station. the staffs were very friendly and helped us as and when needed also They guided us for city tour.. overall a great place to make your trip wonderful

I have visited the place for the past 3 yrs and this year, the booking price for a single room was around 4500 per night. Once I have called the provided number, they initially said the room would cost around Rs.6000 per night But later when my friend made a phone call, they said Rs. 4500. I think they are judging the customers based on the gender. I was totally disappointed in this. The rooms were well maintained when compared to my previous visits.

This place is not facing the beach. Google maps location is a bit deceiving, as if it is on the edge of the cliff. To reach the cliff walkway you need to walk some and go through Bamboo village property. Bamboo rooms concept is different but it's smells & i had poor quality sleep adjusting to that(realised only after moving to a new place). AC are new & working good. Geyser in bathroom is for name sake, it's of very low capacity & don't heat

Not upto the mark for the rate charged. If someone looking accommodation with food, this is not the perfect choice. After checking in for three rooms, one of the room was under renovation and had full of dust, spider web etc. Gayser was not working. They did not bother to replace the fused bulbs. You do not have choice for breakfast and have to adjust with what they serve already prepared cold food. No nearby restaurants. Night dinner is also not available.

Great experience Positive:1. very friendly staff 2. Wakable distance to beach 3.calm and peacefull 4. Provided all basic things like soap towels, kettle etc 5. Budget friendly Negatives: 1.nothing much to say but could be better if they have a full mirror inside the room so we can dress well. Note : choose a/c rooms since it is hot in varkala now ( August) Happy review:Our train was at 6 in the evening so we needed to check out at 12 noon but they allowed us to keep our luggage till evening in their reception which was so helpful. Thank you

This is the worst resort I have ever stayed. They don’t have kitchen they just get breakfast from outside which is obviously limited there is no buffet. Bathroom stinks. Outside lights will be off by 9 pm which means if you go out and come …

Stayed for 1 night with family , below my experience. This is located just behind the cliff road. Road is very narrow while entering inside the hotel. Wider cars are difficult to enter. Parking place is available. Maintenance is done good. At night all lights are turned on in garden, and looking nice. Since they have lot of trees, u don't feel the hot. Since these are bamboo type cottages, we get some smell inside. If room spray is installed it will be excellent. Bath towels provided has some smell, it will be better if it is washed properly. They provide jug kettle and tea coffee setup, kept in glass bottle which is neat and clean. No breakfast provided, so cannot comment on the food. But they have tieup hotel in cliff road (most of times it is empty). If we want to enjoy cliff, sea viewing better to book near by resort. Cost wise this is fine. They charge differently for ac and non ac rooms.
